CODE of CONDUCT

All community care workers registered with this website must read and adhere to the code of conduct of Who cares…..we do Pty. Ltd as outlined below.

It is expected that all community carer workers will conduct themselves with respect for the human dignity, work with compassion for the individuals they serve, without discrimination of race, creed, age or gender, while maintaining confidentiality. Community care workers should deliver care in a culturally appropriate manner to the individual without bias while respecting the rights of others while displaying empathy trust and respect. Gifts and gratuities other than the contracted service fees are strongly discouraged as such practices are open to prosecution.
