In these terms and conditions "us", "we", "our" or "the website" means www.homecareonly.org a subsidiary of Who Cares…..We Do Pty. Ltd.

A monthly fee will be charged for access to this information and fees are subject to change without notice, however notification will be given when ever possible.
3.1 The website does not accept cash payments for monthly subscriptions. Payment methods are outlined on the website and all financial details and security will be overseen by the Commonwealth Banking Corporation. No financial information of any persons registering with www.homecareonly.org will be kept by the website. This information will be kept by the Commonwealth Banking Institution only.
3.2 www.homecareonly.org reserves the right to change the pricing structure for services or features on the website at any time. If the changes are unsuitable to the registered users you may terminate your registration at any time.
3.3 In the event of unusual activity, the website reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend payment via your credit card and contact you, your bank or any other relevant third party to report such unusual activity.

(i) is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, indecent, offensive or inappropriate, is false or misleading in any way.

8. GENERAL

If any of the terms and conditions of the website are held to be invalid the remainder of the terms and conditions will still apply and continue in full force
